Please note:
- Century Gardens Show ONLY: City of Brampton requires each vendor to carry five million of Liability Insurance. If you already have insurance, please have City of Brampton added as an additional insured (no additional cost should be involved) and forward a copy to showcreations@rogers.com
If you do not currently carry Liability Insurance, Show Creations has been able to secure a group policy for this event. Cost to each vendor requiring an insurance certificate is $49.00 plus HST. Please include with your payment. - Bramalea City Centre & Cambridge Centre Shows: Morguard requires each vendor to carry Five Million Dollars of Liability Insurance. If you already have insurance, please have: Morguard Corp, Morguard REIT, Morguard Investments Ltd and Show Creations Ltd added as an additional insured. There should be no additional cost involved. Please forward a copy to showcreations@rogers.com
If you do not currently carry liability insurance, short term policies can be obtained from Duuo here www.duuo.ca - Refunds are not given. The Organizer shall not issue refunds for Exhibitor’s Cancellations, once the Exhibitor’s booking has been accepted. Should an Exhibitor fail to arrive for set-up, the Organizer will charge the Exhibitor full show cost plus a $50.00 administration Fee. Shows are not prorated and are non-transferable. If the Exhibitor wishes to cancel, then written notice of such wish must be forwarded to and received by the Organizer.
- If a vendor is asked to leave a show by Show Creations and/or Management due to the breaking of rules or inappropriate behaviour, a refund or credit will not be issued and the full show cost will apply.
- Show Creations reserves the right to cancel your booking up to 24 hours prior to the start of the Show. A full refund will be given.
